We have some spots available for today at 4pm Mountain Vortex Hiking Yoga in Topanga State Park and we invite you to try it out for a $5 donation! It is a fun mini-shamanic spirit quest kind of adventure. We hike to the energetically charged prehistoric holy site - Eagle Rock - and practice yoga under the sky and amongst the elements. I promise you it is transformative. We welcome you to join us today. Just bring a yoga mat and water! 4 miles Moderate hike. 30 minutes of yoga. IF YOU RSVP meet at Trippet Ranch, Topanga State Park by the bathrooms at 4pm.
